On offer are a vast variety of extreme motorized sports for those seeking adventure, try husky rides, sledding, tobogganing.  If you desire a more relaxed option drive an hour out of town and visit the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa.

Hot Climates

Essaouira, Morocco

If you looking for a relaxed environment that includes the beach city element, Essaouira will meet your expectations. Known for its music and art, it’s also an awesome place for spice shopping & kitesurfing, and the medina (Inner wall city) provides a fascinating look into the city’s history.  Be sure to look out for the tree-climbing goats unique to this region!

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Dubai is known for its record setting manmade wonders, but there’s plenty more to see. Burj Khalifa, the incredible Palm Jumeirah and Dubai’s indoor ski centre. Definitely include Dune bashing and a desert BBQ if you haven’t done that before – and Abu Dhabi is a quick skip, hop and jump up the highway with a whole new set of sophisticated hotels, a promenade of note and about the best Grand Prix racing circuit in the world.

Coastal Views

Rome, Italy

Rome is filled to the brim with tourist sites. You have the option to visit the vineyards or opt for a boat cruise or maybe a bit of snorkelling. The Sistine Chapel, Colosseum, and Pantheon are must-see historical sites. Check out Trastevere for a taste of contemporary Roman Life, and wander the Catacombs of Rome. The weather in summer is brilliant and the sites and sounds of romantic Rome will leave you with many a nostalgic memory.

Santorini, Greece

The island of Santorini is essentially the remains of a large volcanic eruption, but this hasn’t stopped it from being voted the world’s top island in many magazines. With an active volcano, ancient buildings, beautiful beaches and ruins, it’s no surprise that Santorini welcomes two million tourists every year. It has its own charming ambiance which cannot be replicated anywhere else. Sublime sunsets, black lava beaches, sunbeds and cocktails are the order of many a leisurely day in Santorini.
